About

Marcel Dzama: The Infidels was published on the occasion of the artist’s fifth solo exhibition at Sies + Höke in 2009.

In addition to featuring a variety of media including paintings, drawings, collages, and sculptures, the exhibition included a major new series of dioramas, which transport and expand his cast of recurring human, animal, and hybrid characters into three-dimensional space. This catalogue, housed in a beige cloth cover featuring a tipped-in image, is fully illustrated and includes sharp reproductions of the artist’s work from 2008 and 2009 as well as installation views of the exhibition.
