Shipping Policy

SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer multiple shipping options. Depending on your location you can choose between FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx International Priority, FedEx International First and FedEx International Economy, DHL and Deutsche Post.

Shipping with FedEx is mandatory for art works, fragile items and items over 200€.

SHIPPING FEES

The shipping fees depend on the carrier and are automatically calculated according to both the weight and volume of the purchase and the address of delivery.

SHIPPING METHODS

We process and send orders during our main opening hours, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm CET (with the exception of German public holidays). 

COUNTRIES

We ship worldwide. Depending on the carrier, exceptions might apply. Please contact shop@sieshoeke.com for any further questions regarding this matter.

INSURANCE

All shipments that are sent by Sies + Höke are insured against theft and accidental damage. Upon receipt of shipment, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.

TRACKING

All our shipping options offer a tracking of the delivery. As soon as your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

CUSTOMS

Customers living outside the European Union do not pay the German VAT. Taxes and duty fees from the country of residency may apply and are at the customer's expense. Please get in touch with your local customs broker for more information or contact us under shop@sieshoeke.com.

PICK UP AT THE GALLERY

You are able to pick up your order at the gallery for free. The order is ready for pick up, when you received a confirmation e-mail. The pick up is at your convenience during our opening hours (from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 am till 6:00 pm CET) at the gallery located at Poststraße 2+3, 40213 Düsseldorf, Germany.
